Decent location right on the main street, DECENT staff, everything was great. I loved the room with balconies, my bed was extremely comfy.

The property was fairly clean and straightforward. Non-smoking and cosy units with ac. Plenty of good food.

We liked the hotel, rooms and people, it's nice place to stay. The breakfast was included, it's always a plus. Set right by downtown, the Center and Banff in the downtown area.

Everything is what i need and want.

We had an enjoyable experience. Buffet breakfast with juice, yogourt plus a bagel was rich. Generally everything was fantastic, though the bathroom was dirty.

Some people working there were kind of rude.
